Join us at Kemmerer Library as we talk about all things cheese! From cheese composition, to the cheese making process, we’ll teach you about various cheese styles, tasting tips, and proper storage. Cheese & charcuterie board will be provided for attendee enjoyment.

Get swept up in the season with our summer wine and cheese pairing class! This Virtual class celebrates the excitement and whimsy of this time of year – think easy drinking rosés, fresh chèvres, and other seasonal treats. This virtual event features a guided wine and cheese tasting led by The Summit Cheese Shoppe Head Cheesemonger, Andrea Oldham and Wine Consultant & Educator, Sandra Zotti. Guests will get expert advice on pairings, as well as insider tips on buying and enjoying cheese and wine.

· 3 Bottles Wine supplied by Cambridge Wines
· 3 Artisan cheeses and accompaniments
· Virtual Tasting class led by a sommelier and expert cheesemonger
Event registration closes on June 17. Participants will be required to pick-up wine from Cambridge Wines and cheese plate from Summit Cheese Shoppe on Thursday, June 24, 11am - 6pm.
