learn how to turn fresh cheese curds into the beautiful balls we know and love as fresh mozzarella! guided by an expert cheesemonger with step-by-step instructions, sample your finished product with fresh Balthazar bread and season accompaniments. each participant will leave with warm, fresh mozzarella with a rich and creamy taste unlike anything sold in stores!
class is for ages 16 and older and capacity is limited to 6 guests.
