Learn how to turn fresh cheese curds into the beautiful balls we know and love as fresh mozzarella! Guided by an expert cheesemonger with step-by-step instructions, sample your finished product with fresh Balthazar bread and seasonal accompaniments. Each participant will leave with warm, fresh mozzarella with a rich and creamy taste unlike anything sold in stores!

BYOB: Bring your favorite beverage! we recommend anything sparkling, dry whites, light reds or crisp beers! Openers, cups and water will be provided.

Availability: Our Shoppe Manager, Andrea will contact you to schedule your class! We are typically available Tuesday through Friday at 6pm or later. To schedule a private weekend class, there is an additional $75 fee.

Private classes are recommended for ages 12 and older and capacity is limited to 6-8 guests.
