In this guided tasting, you’ll experience four unique cheese and chocolate combinations to explore the art and science of cheese pairing. Accompaniments such as fresh fruit, crackers, and edible flowers round out the spread. Class duration is 1 hour.

BYOB: Bring your favorite beverage! we recommend anything bubbly: sparkling wines, beers, or your favorite seltzer! We’ll provide cups, openers, and water.

Availability: Our Shoppe Manager, Andrea will contact you to schedule your class! We are typically available Tuesday through Friday at 6pm or later. To schedule a private weekend class, there is an additional $75 fee.

This private class can accommodate between 6-16 people and will be located at our Madison Cheese Shoppe location.
